Rapid Transformational TherapyIn your first RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) hypnotherapy session, you can expect a structured but personalized experience designed to uncover and reprogram limiting beliefs rooted in your subconscious. Here’s a breakdown of what typically happens:
Purpose: Understand your issue, goals, and background.
What you’ll do: You’ll talk with the therapist about the challenge you're facing (e.g., anxiety, confidence, habits, pain).
Therapist's role: They’ll ask clarifying questions to get to the root of the problem, not just the symptoms.
Guided Hypnosis: You’ll be gently led into a relaxed, focused state (similar to a deep daydream, not unconscious).
Regression: You'll be guided to revisit key scenes from your past (usually 3–4) that are connected to the issue.
You're fully aware and in control.
These scenes often come from childhood but could be from any time in your life.
Purpose: To uncover the underlying beliefs you formed that may still be affecting you today.
We help you understand how those past events created current thought patterns or blocks.
You’ll work together to challenge and reframe old beliefs into healthier, more empowering ones.
A tailored audio recording is made for you, based on your session.
It’s designed to reinforce new, positive beliefs using visualization and affirmations.
You’ll be asked to listen daily for 21 days to help “rewire” your subconscious.
It’s not stage hypnosis — you won’t lose control or cluck like a chicken.
You’re always aware and can choose to stop at any point.
Come with an open mind and one specific issue to focus on.
Choose a quiet, private space (if done online).
Don’t overthink what “should” happen — everyone’s experience is different.
